Thank you for choosing to book with Familia Hotel. We hope you will enjoy your stay. The following terms and conditions apply to your booking.
All rates are quoted in Euro per room and night, including all taxes and homemade Greek breakfast. The use of wireless internet access is free of charge.

Check in time from 14:00 pm until 21:00 pm. In case you would like to check-in after 21:00 pm, you will need to contact the reception in advance. Guests are issued with a front door key on arrival, so a 24 hour access to the hotel is still possible.
Check out time until 12:00 noon. Extra charge will apply for late check out until 18:00 pm, however subject to availability.
Smoking is not permitted inside the hotel and we have a no-pet policy.

All reservations require a deposit equal to 30% of the total estimated costs or one night’s stay, whichever is greater. When your booking has been made, a confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail using the e-mail address that you supplied. Your booking will be completed when we acknowledge receipt of your booking request and deposit.
Prior to that the booking will only be regarded as provisional.
For reservations guaranteed with a deposit, rooms are held until hotel check-out time the following day of arrival.
For reservations not guaranteed with a form of payment rooms are held until 18:00 pm (local time) on day of arrival.

Payment Policy
Payments can be made either by bank transfer or by Visa or Master Card, within three working days of making the reservation.
Please check the confirmation invoice carefully and take note of the final payment due date.
Written confirmation will only be provided once deposit has been received.
If payment is not made as scheduled, the reservation will automatically be canceled without notice.

Cancellation & Change Policy
A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of re-booking a room.Please note that request to cancel or change a confirmed reservation is only accepted in writing by fax or e-mail.
Date changes are subject to availability and cancellation rules apply as below. In the event it is necessary to cancel reservations, deposits will be refunded in full if such cancellation is made 21 days prior to arrival.
Bookings of 3 or more rooms (group bookings) have at least a 30-day cancellation policy, depending on the season and the number of the rooms.
The deposit is not-refundable in case of cancellation made within 21 days (at least within 30 days for groups) prior to arrival or No-Show.
Late arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost of the reservation.
In case of early departure, 50% charge of the remaining balance will apply.
However, we will make every effort to re-let the reserved room/s and refund deposit/s.
Refunds will be made either by bank transfer or to the credit card to which the deposit was charged.
Children & Extra Bed Policy
Maximum one child up to 6 years old sharing parents’ bed is free of charge.
Children aged 7 years and older are fully charged.
An extra bed in a superior double room is provided at EUR 10 per night including breakfast buffet.
Baby cot is free of charge and upon request.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/baby cots in a superior double room is one.
